1. How to track my order?

Usually, you will receive an email notification of tracking number after your package is shipped out. You can click “track your order” to check. Any other questions when inquiring, please contact our customer service.

2. How long will i receive my order?

We currently only ship to USA. 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

It usually takes about 6-10 business days to arrive.

Please note we will send you free sizing kits first If you choose "free sizing kit", after you confirm the size, we will send the items then. 

3. Can i change my order?

Yes, some info can be changed, but only before items shipped out. You can contact the customer to help.

4. Do i need to pay the shipping fee?

We currently ship to USA with free shipping.

5. Which courier do you use?

We usually ship out the package via Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS etc.

We support PayPal, credit, debit card, apple pay payments.

2. Is my information safe when use in your website?

Sure, it’s safe. RareKiss website is a legal website. Your payment information is kept with the bank. Please do not worry.

3. Can i use paypal “pay in 4 interest-free payments?

If your PayPal supports the function of “pay in 4 interest-free payments”, and the amount is between $30-$1500 US dollars, then it can be used.

We currently offer two smart ring series, Airyfit smart ring and Auratap smart ring.  Airyfit smart ring mainly track your health, sleep , fitness and lightweight. Auratap smart ring includes the features of Airyfit smart ring, plus additional smart touch, event reminder features. Each designed beautifully and smart to fit different needs.
