1. Shipping Cost & Time

We currently ship to USA only.

Free Shipping: It takes about 5-10 business days to arrive.

If you choose "free sizing kit", we will send the sizing kits first, after you confirm the size, we will send the item then. 

 

2. Shipping Method

RareKiss uses various shipping methods.

FedEx / DHL / UPS / USPS are main shipping provider.

 

3. Shipping Location

Orders will be shipped from our USA warehouse if there is in stock.

Order will be shipped from other countries warehouse if there is no stock in usa.

 

4. Tracking Order

Shipping email will be sent once order is shipped, which includes your tracking number and a link to track. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or us.

 

5. Additional Notes

The cost will be borne by the buyer under the following conditions:

1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer. It is paid to your local carrier or government, not collected by RareKiss.

2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer’s cancellation or return of the order when the package left the warehouse for personal reasons.

 

Helpful Tips:

1. Express company don’t accept PO BOX / APO address so please leave your detailed address when you submit your order.

2. Local logistics normally delivers on weekdays (Mon. -Fri.). Please make sure your delivery address is accessible on weekdays and keep your phone open as the carrier may contact you.

3. It is suggested to contact the local express company when the package gets to your country to schedule the delivery time so that you can get it safe and sound rather than authorizing the express to leave your package at the door directly. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the authorized package.
